1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yggdrasilcards.com (the "Site"), operated by Yggdrasil Cards LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Yggdrasil Cards," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are; no affiliation
Yggdrasil Cards is an independent retailer of trading cards and collectibles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, PSA, or any manufacturer or rights holder. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive, nominative purposes.
3. The Site is informational; purchases happen elsewhere
The Site showcases our inventory and links to listings on third-party marketplaces (such as eBay, TCGplayer, and PriceCharting). Unless expressly stated, we do not sell or process payment directly on the Site. When you purchase through a marketplace, that transaction is a contract between you and us through that platform, and is subject to that platform's terms, policies, fees, and buyer protections in addition to ours. 4. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability
We try to describe and price inventory accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, grades, pricing, or availability on the Site are error-free or current. Marketplace listings control actual price and availability at the time of purchase. We may correct errors and update or remove inventory at any time without notice. Card grades and condition assessments reflect our opinion and, unless a card is third-party graded (e.g., PSA), are not certified.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data except as permitted; or use the Site to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, the Yggdrasil Cards name and logo, and our original content are owned by Yggdrasil Cards LLC [and/or licensed from Fleming Data Group LLC] and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.
7. Third-party content and links
The Site embeds and links to third-party content and platforms (including Twitch, YouTube, and marketplaces). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
8. Live streams
The Site may display live or recorded streaming content. Such content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and may include opening of sealed product; outcomes shown are not representative or a guarantee of any result you may experience.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YGGDRASIL CARDS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yggdrasil Cards LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
